In this episode dedicated to the vegetable that is the epitome of the Italian summer, Peppe Guida, together with the mythical Nonna Rosa, takes us to the discovery of two very fresh first courses. The first is a quick and easy pasta with fresh tomato sauce, shown by the historic grandma Rosa of Vico Equense with skill and in the absolute respect for tradition (fresh pummarola). The second spaghetti, on the other hand, is an original creation by the starred chef of the Amalfi Coast. Five tomatoes, and just as many consistencies, are at the hart of a recipe that appears more complex than it is: Peppe Guida just takes the cooking time of the pasta to have it done!
