It is a month in which the holy Quran was revealed as guidance for people.Among the nights of Ramadan, is a very special night, named The Night of Power or Lailat al-Qadr.It is the night in which the holy Quran was first revealed and angels, numbering more than the pebbles on the earth, descend down upon Gods worshippers.Thats why it is said in the holy Quran that this night is better than a thousand months and a good deed performed on this single night, is equal to deeds performed over a thousand months.Dua and seeking forgiveness on this night have the greatest power to change decree and though, believers are encouraged to stay awake that whole night and pray for blessing and forgiveness.It is the night of decree.
